    Resiliency Coaching


    Knowledge is the best tool we can use to prevent burnout and increase mental and emotional grit. Through ongoing performance coaching I'll help your teams and individual employees increase awareness about what causes burnout, as well as ways of avoiding or minimizing its negative effects on their mental health.


    They'll learn how to sustain healthy behaviors in the face of adverse circumstances, reinforce tactical decision-making in offensive and defensive operations, and reinforce avenues of approach against external threats that seek to compromise their judgement.


    Critical-Incident QRF


    When you find yourself in a soup sandwich (think Edward Snowden), you need someone who has your six to help stabilize the situation. If you just found out that an employee is selling information, has unexpectedly gone on long-term leave, or commits suicide, your company is in its most vulnerable state.


    You'll have your own Critical Incident QRF. Together, we'll develop a response plan to stabilize the situation and ensure that information and personnel assets are secure.

    I know what it's like first-hand to live with the aftermath of combat and help vets overcome trauma.

    I get it - I'm married to a combat vet and worked as a Combat Trauma/PTSD Psychotherapist with the VA for 7 years.

    Together, the leaders of your teams and I will develop measurable, and attainable goals that shore up areas of vulnerability and address potential risks.

    Execute Proactive SOP's

    Together, we'll deploy standard operating procedures that proactively defend against threats before they happen.
