Psychotherapy isn’t just a job to me: I’m passionate about helping people heal and find well-being and purpose in their lives.

I believe therapy should be solution-focused, always moving forward to reach your goals. I work closely with you to identify problems, then find solutions so you can have the life you want and deserve.

As the wife of a combat veteran and a therapist for more than six years with the federal government, I’m uniquely positioned to understand and address the needs of veterans and first responders. If necessary, I’ll help you access other available community resources.

Specialty training and my work with clients experiencing all kinds of trauma have prepared me to handle a variety of scenarios. My commitment to preventing sexual abuse contributes to my work with convicted sexual offenders and adults who have a sexual attraction to children but are trying not to sexually act out.

Treating offenders as well as members of law enforcement gives me a holistic view, an uncommon perspective in the field of psychotherapy. I believe this makes me a better provider.
